NEW INFO if you want to find out about an order, please write to: orders at astropitch dot com For those of you having recent difficulty with placing your order, receiving your order, getting information about your order, having your order lost, not hearing anything about your order, or any other problems with your order, WE APOLOGIZE. We tried using another company since Sept. 06 thru the begininng of Jan/ 07 to fill our orders and ship our products. This just didn't work out, and many of you had painful experiences in dealing with this company. We are very sorry, and will be taking steps to be sure that you don't think we're a large company who doesn't care. The truth is there are just two of us, and we tried to place some of the heavy lifting on a company we hired that said they specialized in fullfilling online orders. The experiment failed, and we will be filling orders from our office for the time being. Please keep in mind that we are still gathering information about past orders, and there will be a period from Jan 12th-22nd or so where we may be slow to respond to your inquiries, as we have a rather large mess on our hands in trying to catch up with where everybody's order is in the system. We won't be ignoring you, quite the opposite. But your patience is greatly appreciated. Again, very sorry for the problems you may have encountered. Astropitch (all 2 of us)
CREDIT CARD POLICY If you use a credit card and specify another address other than your billing address in the "ship to" information, we will not be able to ship it to any other address than your billing address (due to problems with fraudulent orders using this strategy to get free stuff from us.) We send out an automated email when an order like this comes thru, and if you don't respond to let us know that we shouldn't ship the package to the billing address, we can't take any responsibility for a lost package.
We do recommend you do use UPS, however, as they automatically insure your package for up to $100. USPS does not. |
